Before you think seriously about purchasing this product, please realize that many people are not willing to pay the price for a quality architectural coating with the durability of Liquid Ceramic®.  For years, you've been conditioned to think that paint is something that "re-colors" your house or building.

Now, we're asking you to think about a different kind of product, one that beautifies and PROTECTS your property.

There's a reason Liquid Ceramic® costs more:  it doesn't contain SEVENTY PERCENT water like most paint products on the market.  Our evaporants are typically in the 39% range, meaning that 61% of what you apply to your home or building will STAY on the wall!  And that's what you're paying for . . . the amount that stays on the wall!

Liquid Ceramic® Exterior Wall Coat is available in FIVE GALLON pails only.  We don't sell gallon containers except in a few retail outlets (not available for shipping).  Spread rate is typically ONE-HALF of ordinary paint, so (brace yourself), you must buy twice as much in order to cover the same area!  Add that to the fact that the price runs about twice as much, AND we require two coats, then you're looking at spending quite a bit more for product than for regular paint. 

Although some people steer away because of the price, those same people will spend thousands of dollars every 3-5 years PAYING SOMEONE to re-paint their house!  We regularly receive phone call from people who've spent too much money only to have to re-paint in three years! 

Painting is about LABOR (maybe that's why the first four letters of "paint" are "p-a-i-n").  Any cheap paint MIGHT work for a while, but think about all those paint bills adding up, just to pay someone to apply a product that's likely 70% water or other things that evaporate away!

BEFORE YOU BUY . . .

  • Measure your house . . . in terms of how many SQUARE FEET of outside coverage area you have.  Add up your soffit length and width, your facia length and width, all sides, front, eaves, framed areas, etc.  ROUND-UP to the nearest 100 square foot (e.g. 1833 goes to 1900).  Then DIVIDE BY 100, that gives you the TOTAL NUMBER OF GALLONS you'll need . . . on smooth to mildly rough surfaces.  Add 10% for cement block, cedar, stucco and subtract 10% for Masonite and other very smooth surfaces.  If you have 2339 square feet, you'll need 24 gallons, typically, so you'll have to buy 25 gallons, or FIVE pails to complete the job.
  • Borrow a tint book from a local paint store and use it to help you determine the color you want on your house.  Liquid Ceramic International has most tint books in stock, so giving us the color number will allow us to help you determine which BASE you'll need . . . very light colors use the PASTEL base, medium colors use the MEDIUM base, etc. for deep and accent bases as well.  If you are not certain, contact us at 800-466-2691.  (Note: If you want a beautiful white, then simply order the PASTEL base - - it's ready to be applied once shaken or stirred.)
  • If you've hired or plan to hire a painter, we welcome his/her call to us.

1-35 five-gallon pails:  $312.00 per pail

36-71 five-gallon pails:  $252.00 per pail

72-107 five-gallon pails: $232.00 per pail

108-143 five-gallon pails:  $212.00 per pail

144-359 five-gallon pails:  $202.00 per pail
